历史转折时期西南交大的思想政治教育及其经验

摘要：1976年10月至1982年9月，是新中国历史上的重要转折时期。这一时期，思想政治教育拨乱反正，开始了新的发展。西南交通大学遵循实事求是的思想路线，恢复思想政治工作的优良传统，运用多种教育方法，开展各类活动，教育青年学生坚持中国共产党的领导，学习马列主义和毛泽东思想，坚持共产主义的理想信念和革命传统，实践“为人民服务”的宗旨；同时，坚持思想政治教育靶向性，有针对性地解决师生思想困惑和现实问题，实现了思想政治教育拨乱反正的目标。西南交大思想政治教育的实践和经验，对于高校加强和改进今后的思想政治工作有着重要的借鉴意义。

University Ideological and Political Education and

Its Experience during the Historical Transition Period

—A Case Study of the Texts of SWJTU Journal from June 1977 to July 1982

Abstract： The period from October 1976 to September 1982 is an important turning point in the history of the Peoples Republic of China. During this time， ideological and political education brought order out of chaos and its new development started. In accordance with the ideological line of seeking truth from facts， Southwest Jiaotong University restored the fine tradition for ideological and political work. The University applied a variety of educational methods and carried out all kinds of activities to educate young students to uphold the leadership of the Communist Party of China， to study MarxismLeninism and Mao Zedong thought， to persist in the belief of communist ideal as well as the revolutionary tradition， and put the tenet of serving the people into practice. In the meantime， the ideological and political education implemented by the University achieved the goal of bringing order out of chaos by adhering to the target orientation of ideological and political education and solving ideological and practical problems pertinently. The practice and experience of Southwest Jiaotong University in terms of ideological and political education are of great significance to colleges and universities in their enhancement and improvement of ideological and political work in the future.

1976年10月至1982年9月是新中国历史上的重要转折时期。这一时期，高校思想政治教育在拨乱反正中逐步恢复优良传统，开始了新的发展，积累了新的经验〔1〕。“文化大革命”结束后，在党的正确指导思想指引下，西南交通大学（以下简称“西南交大”）的大学生思想政治教育工作也进入了新的阶段。本文将以1977年6月至1982年7月的西南交大党委和行政的机关报《西南交大》为证，对此期的工作做一梳理。

一、历史转折时期学校思想政治教育的主要内容1.正确宣传马列主义和毛泽东思想

历史转折时期，西南交大的思想政治教育工作就是“在全校师生员工中宣传马克思列宁主义、毛泽东思想，坚持无产阶级的政治方向”〔2〕，不断提高师生的思想觉悟，为完成学校的各项任务而奋斗。西南交大通过组织师生学习马列主义著作，宣传党的理论，把党中央工作的最新精神传达给师生，并与开展拨乱反正、“实践是检验真理问题”的大讨论等一系列思想教育结合在一起，实现对师生员工的思想引领，带领师生坚定地走社会主义道路。
